During your pregnancy you can join Conscious Birthat group yoga classes, individual and safe pregnancy massages and/or body alignment. Conscious Birth can guide you in creating your very own belly casting and informative pregnancy workshops are held once every two months. Theoni also runs Hypno Birthing workshops monthly, and individual hypnosis sessions, to assist those who have previously had traumatic birth experiences to assist in clearing the way for the new birth. Tailor made Blessingway ceremonies can also be created by Conscious Birthto celebrate, support and encourage pregnant women before they give birth.
For support during your birth, Conscious Birthprovides doula services. And once your little one has arrived, you can treat yourself to a post natal body massage guaranteed to soothe away the day three blues, helping you to integrate your birth experience and feel like a woman again.
Conscious Birth also specialises in creating meaningful, inclusive Baby Blessing/Naming ceremonies to welcome your little one into your community with love.
