Created in South Africa by chocolate lover Lydia Erasmus, Fourways-based Dipped&Dusted is the only company in South Africa dedicated exclusively to chocolate-making workshops. Lydia runs her business with a personal feel, paying attention to the small things and creating delicious chocolate infusions and combinations in her pink kitchen.
Lydia has a degree, and years of experience, in Human Resource Management, and is a SETA accredited trainer. She is very passionate about the training and development of people. She has spent years studying chocolate, it's affect on people and in particular the disastrous consequences of a lack of chocolate, both in the UK and South Africa - which naturally involves a lot of tasting and experimenting!
This little company prides itself in bringing back “play time” for adults and children. During workshops guests have the opportunity to interact, be creative and really indulge in the same way they used to when playing as children - before Playstation, Facebook and Mixit. Workshops are part theory and part hands-on, depending on the package, and always involve loads of imagination and giggles!
Dipped&Dusted specialises in children’s parties, hen parties and corporate team-building. BUT, working with chocolate as a medium, any event or occasion can be turned into a chocolate feast.
