ABOUT US
The Lodge residential complex occupies a gently sloping site on Bryanston Ridge. All residences have their principal rooms facing in a northerly direction. Upstairs units, in double storey buildings, have panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The layout ensures a natural environment as the generous open spaces between the residences have been landscaped with lawns, trees, shrubs and flower beds. All weather walkways provide unhindered access to the residences in this pedestrian only village. The Lodge has garaging and covered parking facilities in close proximity to the Community Centre.
Residences vary in size but generally comprise a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom(s) and a verandah. One bedroom units are 75 square metres, two bedroom units from 93 square metres and three bedroom units from 136 square metres. Occupants of ground floor units have the opportunity to tend their own gardens and add to the existing well manicured Lodge gardens.
The Lodge is a share block and owners receive share certificates. There are normal transfer costs and the re-sale is done at market value with a 5% commission to the Lodge.
