Cape Coaching offers individual coaching or therapy telephonically, skyping or face to face, direct contact. We regularly offer emigration workshops both in Germany and South Africa.
Cape Coaching is headed up by Sylke Funk. She has successfully emigrated twice herself and has helped guide others through an emigration process. As a professional Experiential Psychosocial Famiy Therapist, Sylke is sensitised to the psychological impact of emigrating and of all other life, relationship and family problems one can have.

As a Famiy Therapist and EFT- Therapist I offer you relationship therapie, family therapy and personal Coaching. Your request determines what I offer you.
Psychotherapy aims to clear your mental problems or disorder or at least to reduce them, so that these won`t bother you anymore.
Relationship therapy is for people who have problems in their love life.
Family therapy is for people who have problems in their family relations. It is usually a mix of personal coaching and therapy.
Personal Coaching aims at personal training and guidance. I offer assertiveness courses for children and workshops for emigrants.
EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, is an emotional, needle free version of acupuncture that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body's subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will.
