I first studied Traditional Chinese Orthopedics from my Father and my Grandfather, and in 1968 I attended a 3 year course in Orthopedics in Taipei, graduating in 1971. I practiced in a Traditional Clinic in Taipei until 1982.
In 1983 I came to South Africa, where I opened a clinic and practiced in Mayfair Johannesburg. In 1990 I moved to my new and present clinic in Auckland park, Johannesburg.
In 1987 I lectured in acupuncture as part of the South African Homeopaths Association training for their members.
In 1988I went to Shanghai Medical University for 3 months to research Acupuncture Anesthetics.
In 2001 when the Allied Health Professions Council finally opened a register for Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture I became a registered Practitioner.
