A complete diagnostic hearing test can be done on a patient of any age. The results will be interpreted immediately after the test. A recommendation will be made, whether it’s a referral to an Ear-, Nose- and Throat Specialist for medical intervention, or the fitting of a Hearing Aid or FM system.
Should you require the fitting of a hearing aid, we will consult with you, and explain all the different makes, models and sizes of hearing aids which will suit your specific hearing needs. The accessories of the hearing aids will also be explained, e.g. bluetooth devices, TV streaming devices, remote controls etc.
It is possible to trail a hearing aid for a week, in order to determine whether you will benefit from hearing aids before you buy them. After the trial you will be able to make an informed decision on whether hearing aids help you with coping with your hearing loss in your specific environment.
Hearing aids are programmed according to your hearing test results. It is sometimes necessary for fine tuning of the hearing aid settings to assist you in specific listening situations that you still find difficult. Whether you have just bought a hearing aid or you already have a hearing aid, we can do the programing/fine tuning for you.
We will assist you with hearing aids repairs, and have a wide range of hearing aid accessories, e.g batteries, drying capsules, wax guards, filters, open fit tubes and domes etc.
WCA (Workman’s Compensation) requires a complete diagnostic hearing test according to a specific test battery done in a specific manner in compliance with Article 171. We have years of experience doing these industrial hearing tests.
Custom ear plugs can be made to order, e.g. swimming plugs and sleeping plugs.
Custom made hearing protectors will be made according to the specific noise levels you are exposed to, whether it’s for hunting purposes, work purposes or music (e.g. DJ, or playing a musical instrument in a band)
