ABOUT US
Established in 1993, African Eagle was created by three young entrepreneurs Henri Menard, Stephane Kacedan & Nicolas Honoré. With the original members still on board, African Eagle has had years of immaculate service and reliability. The company employs over 150 staff members throughout Southern Africa, and has opened a number of offices in the continent.
We believe that in order to succeed, we need to add value to the services we sell, and we strive to do it at each level of our activity :
GUIDES
We have around 300 registered, qualified guides offering a wide range of languages and excellent knowledge of designated destinations. Guides play a significant role in the overall success of a tour and each guide’s performance is monitored through a quality control questionnaire. Our customers are always assured of our best attention at all times.
FLEET
We have our own fleet of vehicles in each of our branches. We want to be able to guarantee the quality of the vehicles used to conduct tours. Our vehicles are also registered and insured in accordance to the European tourism laws.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We have established the best relations with our service providers, especially hoteliers & restaurants, which enables us to obtain very competitive rates. Our guests are guaranteed warm welcome wherever their journey takes them.
OUR SERVICE
African Eagle is a full-service ground operator offering a comprehensive range of high quality products including transfers, daytours, accommodation, self drive tours, guided tour throughout Southern Africa and more than 40 monthly scheduled departures on our guided tours departing from Johannesburg, Cape Town & Windhoek.
