Ventura Rosenthal is a Professional Harpist in South Africa.Principal Harpist of the National Symphony Orchestra of the SABC from 1977-2000, and Principal Harpist with the Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra. Recording artist for SABC TV and Radio, and Classic FM. These recordings include Orchestral, Chamber Music, Light Music and Solo works.Well known in the Chamber Music scene as she has played with different Artists in Duos, Trios and other larger ensembles.She taught the Harp at Wits, Potchefstroom, Pretoria and UNISA Universities.Her CD can be found on the Internet and is often played on ClassicFM and SAFM.
