ABOUT US
The Eatwell Gallery is situated in the idyllic town of Noordhoek on the Cape Peninsular of South Africa. On the Main road across from the popular ‘Noordhoek Farm Village’ from where it originally found its beginnings as a small family run gallery. The gallery was established by the artists in June 2001 and exclusively exhibits the artwork of the Eatwell family. The artists, Lynne-Marie Eatwell, Eric Oswald Eatwell and Mags Eatwell are among South Africa’s most talented painters.
The gallery offers visitors the unique opportunity of being able to meet the artists at work. After nearly eight years at the ‘Noordhoek Farm Village’ they proudly moved onto their own premises across the road in May of 2013. The new Studio/Gallery beautifully nestled under the trees now operates ”by appointment” giving the artists the freedom to move around. Aside from periodic exhibitions and open studio events, day visitors find it a treat to visit the studio and experience the country environment created by the artists always with a warm welcome especially from Harry and the geese (with some gentle persuasion).
