Mark & Karin Beckett purchased Hennies Upholstery in June 2007 - with the vision of transforming the well-known name of Hennies into a modern and professional business.
Since June 2007 the staff compliment has grown from 6 people to the current 15 people - with Karen (admin, finance, purchasing), Nicolene (sales representative), Mark (owner), Tertia (purchasing and logistics) and a highly experienced team of staff.
Company growth took the business from the small premises of Paterson Road to the larger York Road premises in November 2008 - which includes a showroom of furniture and fabrics and a spacious 1000m² workshop area.
