I encourage expansion & healing through lectures, workshops and one on one coaching. My work and healing techniques go beyond “band-aid” strategies. It involves energetic modalities, working with the cellular memory and your core body.
These modalities created such an impact in my life, in fact these methods and the understanding of them was the only way I got to literally heal and make a significant “shift” in all aspects of my life and wellbeing.
I lugged around a mindset of scarcity, came from addiction recovery, physical and mental abuse, and a string of toxic relationships, which left me feeling “not enough”, isolated, with an inner emptiness and absolutely no ability to connect spiritually, with others or myself. This all left me feeling powerless, driving me to a irresponsible and reckless life with no future hope, living on autopilot.
We dont understand how much the “thinking mind” is not equipped to free us from trauma or any disempowering beliefs or mindsets. I will take you on a journey that goes beyond the mind, which is where you need to be. Honestly, if your mind held the answers, we would easily know logically how to set ourselves free and live truly abundant lives.
