We are a specialized construction company established in 1991. We manufacture and install conservatories, patio extensions and related building works. We have also completed several large scale maintenance and remedial contracts. We operate mostly in the Gauteng area but occasionally work as far as Mozambique, Botswana and other Southern African countries. We pride ourselves on being a highly versatile construction company and to date we have met all challenges posed to us by our clients. Our expertise in all facets of building and related works ( specialized engineered structures etc) is evident in our workmanship. Our fleet consists of several vehicles which enables us to complete our scheduled projects efficiently and timeously. We use quality material and use a highly skilled workforce of which the majority has been with the company since the early 90’s. Daily supervision of all contracts is a priority of management.
Our most popular extension is the unique Insulated Flat Roof with or without skylites. This structure has proven to be extremely versatile, and over the years it has been able to extend rooms and cover patio’s etc, where other products or systems have been unable to do so. Our trademark conservatories with curved safety glass, straight mono pitch safety glass and aluminium frames are still as popular as ever. On all conservatories and skylites we offer solar reflective glass, extractor fans and retractable sun screens to control excessive heat and UV rays. In consulting with our clients, we endeavour to design aesthetically pleasing structures that will be both practical and enhance the value of their properties.
