Chani started in the restauarant industry as a waitress, and soon caught the hospitality bug. She believes that a restaurant is all about the experience. Greeting customers at the door, the ambiance of the restaurant and quality and consistency of the food and service is what makes it a great experience...that's how we keep our customers coming back!

Frank has been in the restaurant industry for decades now (we won't say how many...) He has been involved in many successful restaurants and is well known and respected in the hospitality industry. He would most likely call himself an 'old school restauranteur'.Frank believes that an owner run restaurant is the only kind that truly works. Its all about consistency; the food and the service need to be consistently good.
