Mend-A-Bath International has established a global franchise network covering 25 countries over the past 30 years. Most of its franchise operations are owned by private individuals. All franchisees have been professionally trained at our international head office in all aspects of running a resurfacing sanitaryware franchise business.
Our international head office incorporates the manufacturing facility. It is for this reason that the highest quality standards can be maintained while training new franchisees, and during product manufacturing.
Every year franchisees resurface (refinish, reglaze, re-enamel) tens of thousands of bathtubs in hotels, resorts, and private dwellings.
Manufacturing of Resurfacing Products
Mend-A-Bath International produces its own professionally formulated coating (paint) for the resurfacing (also known as refinishing, reglazing and re-enameling) of bathroom sanitaryware like bathtubs, basins, shower enclosures ( cubicles), and tiles.

Perma-Trim
The Perma-Trim product is a smarter alternative to ugly grouting, mildew and dirty silicone. It permanently seals the gap between the bathtub arm and wall tiles. It is offered as an optional service during the resurfacing process, and can be colour matched.
Slip-Resist
This optional service can also be applied during the resurfacing process to provide a “slip-resistant” pattern on the base of a bathtub.

Mend-A-Bath International has full control of the coating formulation, the manufacturing process and the quality procedures for its coating products. The professional coating products are only supplied to registered franchisees.
