Inge is a registered bdietitian with the HPCSAp and ADSA. She is passionate about te profession and is one of the founders of the Hospital Dietitians Interest Group. Inge studied at the University of Pretoria and has a special interest in critical care. Other interests include working with inborn errors of metabolism, the ketogenic diet, breastfeeding and sports nutrition. Inge gained experience in the government setting, in the United Kingdom, has business experience from 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry working with critical care nutrition and in private practise. She presents regularly at National Congresses and has written numorous articles for magazines and scientific journals. She has also presented on radio shows. She is registered as a vitality dietitian. Inge is married to Charl and has a little girl. Her hobbies include outdoor activities including crossfit, shopping and cooking.
Jessica Veltman
Jess is a registered dietitian with the HPCSA and ADSA. She completed her studies at the University of Pretoria. Her interests include critical care, diseases of lifestyle (such as diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease) with a special interest in paediatric cardiac abnormalities, paediatric nutrition and lactation management. She has worked in clinical nutrition in both the private and government settings. She has written magazine articles for womens interest magazines such as Essentials. She is registered as a CDE, Vitality and DNAnalysis dietitian. She is currently enagaged to Nick and getting married in September 2012, her hobbies include eating sushi and crossfit.
Melissa Peiters
Melissa is a registered dietitian with the HPCSA and ADSA. She completed her studies at the University of the North West. Her interests include lifestyle diseases, paediatrics and neonatology. She likes working with all aspects of paediatric nutrition including breastfeeding, as well as obesity, diabetes and hypertension. She has worked in clinical nutrition in both the private ard government settings. She has recently started writing articles for magazines and is registered as a CDE and Vitality dietitian. She is currently enagaged to Renier and getting married in August 2012, Her hobbies include reading and shopping.
