Let me entertain you in the sky for an hour of flying all along the Magaliesberg mountain range, touching the clouds, soaring with the Griffon vultures, exploring all the gorges and waterfalls, the view as far as the eye can see. Swoop over the Hartebeespoort dam wall ,and then cruise along the Magaliesberg river , climb up again floating with the breeze along the southern ridge to circle over the birthplace of mankind-Maropeng- the wildlife below you will include giraffe, eland, zebra,bontebok and rhino.This intimate experience with nature will end off with a soft touch down back onto mother earth.

Training takes place on the Bantam B22J microlight- SA's most popular fixed wing light aircraft- early in the mornings, Monday to Sunday in Hekpoort on a lush, long and wide grass runway , taking off into the Magaliesberg valley, with its calm weather characteristics perfect for microlight lessons.Valleyflights chief instructor has been teaching people the fine art of flying for over 20 years. The school has lived in the Magaliesburg Valley for two decades.Teaching style is one on one and personal. The course is aprox 40hrs long at R930.00 per/hr (wet) The candidate must complete a minimum of 15hrs solo flying .Theory exams are completed online at the microlight school. On completion the pilot receives a National Pilots License.
