Founded in 1991 We specialise in Hout Bay and surrounds.
Our web site is always up to date so come and have a look.
The business was founded by my father and I purchased it from him on his retirement in July 1996.
Initially we concentrated & specialised in rentals & residential property management.
In 1998 we ventured into the management of Bodies Corporate & currently manage 15 Hout Bay complexes.
In October 2004 my husband joined the company bringing with him his expertise in sales which many of our clients have found benificial as an added service.
Since 1996 our staff complement has grown from 2 to 8 thanks to the loyal support of our many clients.
We are Hout Bay residents & are proud of the good old fashioned service we offer our fellow residents.
