General Services Offered
- Eight hours after drop off time she is collected. Which is inclusive af a 30 minute lunch break
- They carry their own food, coffee, tea, sugar and milk in dry product form. All you need to provide is a cup and boiling water.
- The maid works under you instructions and uses your chemicals and equipment.
- We have a report back system that should be filled out on a daily basis regarding work perfomance, attitude, etc.
- We do daily body and bag searches when staff are picked up and brought back to our offices. Should you give them anything it should be recorded on the report back slip, as we will confiscate anything found on her, not notified.
- Times cannot be guaranteed as we are on a roster and route. Ealry drops are not guaranteed.
- All staff are employed by us and are trained in basic cleaning and laundry routines.
We do not:
- Wash vehicles
- Clean carpets
- Do gardening
- Clean swimming pools
Contract Service
Our contract is very basic and is to ensure that the same maid gets allocated to you. She is only changed on the request of the client, e.g. Personality clash or if the client is not satisfied with her work performance.
We will change the maid:
- If she should be ill on the day
- She has absonded
- Scheduled for disciplinary hearing
- If she should ask for leave or have an emergency to attend to.
In these cases, she will be replaced with another maid.
What we offer our clients:
- A skilled worker or team of workers for the day, wearing clean, easily identifiable uniforms
- No legal obligation to the client
- Customer satisfaction guarantee – we offer a 24 hour turnaround to solve the matter if a client is unhappy with any aspect of the service
- In view of the crime wave in South Africa, all our staff are subjected to a body and bag search at the end of their shifts and this provides our clients with a sense of safety and security
- We even offer a key coding system that allows us to hold a set of house keys for several clients who are not at home during the day
Who and what is Lizzies Maids?
- We are a domestic maid rental company
- We drop our maids off at their appointed client’s premises in the morning and collect them again in the afternoon
- We offer well trained individual maids as well as teams, tailored to our clients’ requests
- Our maids only require a cup of hot water from a client – they carry with them the ingredients for beverages and their food for the day
