Was founded to fill the SME market gap that has been created with the change in audit regulations by providing the kind of financial advice and services that audit firms used to provide 20 years ago. Integral Financial Management does not do any audit work and is specialized in financial management for SME’s and accounting best-practices to maximize the value of the accounting function for SME’s.

Integral Financial Management is a provider of financial management services. The core concept is to provide the skills and resources of CA(SA) to the company without incurring the full cost of hiring a CA(SA). Integral Financial Management provides the value-added services that a full-time CA(SA) would provide while allowing existing accounting staff to perform more routine tasks. This solution is ideal for companies who feel they need to get something more out of their accounting function but do not require the full-time services of a chartered accountant as their financial manager.

Qualifications:

Richard originally competed a degree in Civil Engineering at UCT, before he discovered his passion for business and financial Management which led to Richard completing the UCT accounts conversion course and qualifying as Chartered Accountant in 2006.
Prior to founding Integral Financial Management in August 2007 Richard worked for Deloitte Internationally. During this period the concept for Integral Financial Management was conceived based on Richard experience in Deloitte’s Entrepreneur services as well as exposure to internationally listed companies.
Integral Financial Management aims to provide quality financial advice and services to SME’s. Richard provides skills, experience and best practices to your accounts department while you focus on and invest in your core business.
