The firm was established in 1981 and presently employs a staff of 31 personnel. It is pleasing to record that senior staff have stayed with the firm for many years, ensuring a consistent long-term business association with our clients.
The firm merged with Anderson Rochussen Crisp in September 1999 and has operated under the style of Anderson Rochussen van der Bijl Inc. or ARB since 2001.
The firm offers professional services in the disciplines of auditing (both attest and review function), taxation, corporate compliance and accounting services to both corporate and individual clients.

AUDITING
As your auditor, we offer more than just an opinion on your financial statements. We work with you, as a strategic business partner who understands your industry, objectives, business processes and risks. At ARB, we carefully build long-standing relationships which allow us to gain an intimate understanding of your business environment and provide direction and advice.
ACCOUNTING
We prepare all primary books of account, payrolls, VAT returns, levies and all other areas of the accounting function. We deliver monthly management reports, annual financial statements and taxation reports as requested.
CORPORATE COMPLIANCE
The importance of corporate governance and the demands made on companies and directors is increasing by the day. We ensure that we are well-informed and up to date with any changes in legislation that have an effect on your business. The Companies Act requires that records are maintained within the parameters of the law.
