ABOUT US
Babyworks Morningside, Johannesburg was founded by qualified midwife and registered nursing sister, Heather Carroll. We offer a baby clinic, antenatal classes for expectant parents, counselling, and a postnatal support group for new mothers.
The baby clinic provides feeding and breastfeeding advice, emotional support, immunization, growth and developmental assessments, education on normal development, evidence based nutritional advice for infants and toddlers, and toddler advice.

Having a baby is a miraculous, wonderful, challenging time in the lives of parents, and an experience one remembers forever.
Babyworks was started by Heather Carroll – a registered nursing sister, midwife, and community health trained nurse (this is a post graduate specialisation in all aspects of Mom and baby care during and after pregnancy). Heather has extensive experience in dealing with pregnant Moms, breastfeeding/lactation, infant and toddler nutrition, developmental assessments, in fact anything mom and baby related.
Heather offers antenatal classes in preparation for the birth of your baby. Once the baby is born she runs a baby clinic which offers a number of essential services to support and guide you. She prides herself on excellent service levels and a personal touch.
