ABOUT US
The idea to start AuPairs Exclusive began in 1999. I had worked as an AuPair in America and on returning to South Africa secured a job, as an aupair .
I have since gone on to Aupair for 7 different families. In between I worked as a recruitment consultant for a corporate entity.
I then decided to incorporate my skills as an aupair and a recruitment consultant to form Aupairs Exclusive. I have the knowledge and understanding of what both the employer and employee want.
Our mission is to provide a wide selection of reliable, trustworthy and loyal candidates.
We aim to assist each family in finding a suitable candidate to care for their children with the same love and compassion that the children are used to receiving from their parents.
We strive to treat each placement with the level of urgency that you have come to expect.
Our placement service includes permanent or tempory aupairs, babysitters, lifting schemes, night nurses, childminders and domestics.
We have a large selection of candidates on our database to choose from. This will afford you the flexibility that you require.
All candidates CV’s with references, a copy of their drivers licence and identification are kept on record with Aupairs Exclusive. Two verbal reference checks will be done where possible otherwise the written references produced by the candidate will be deemed suitable.
Aupairs Exclusive guarantees to send you a selection of our top 3 candidates that are best suited to your needs. You may interview all 3 of them and if you are not satisfied with them we will send you more CV’s to view.
