The Campus Group, a division of Ripple Effect 4, is a privately owned company which was conceptualised in 1999. The Group was unable to identify global technology appropriate to SA’s unique circumstances and has had a full time development team creating its technology solutions since inception.

The Campus Group has been in existence for over ten years and over 24,000 students in over 130 countries have used the Group's technology across 18 different Campus Platforms. We are Microsoft Accredited Partners and have an unique combination of education and IT expertise and are well-placed to developed solutions that make business sense.
The Campus Group has created Virtual campuses for Volkswagen, Audi, The Don Hotel Suites, SEAT automotive, Untamed Africa, STTI , Key Performance Technologies, Spescom (who utilise the virtual campus technology for Vodacom, Relyant, Edcon, Cape Town LMC, Nedcor and I-Comms), Eco Training, Corporate Excel Training and AfriTrust among others).
The Campus Group will develop a system that suits your business. Employees can use the system to access updated manuals, standard forms, learn about business in general or to advance their knowledge specifically about your business processes.
The Campus Group offering does not replace face-to-face education, but provides an "always-there", On-Demand resource for employees to access and test themselves. This avoids employees being in jobs with a function they do not properly understand, waiting for the next face-to-face session. Advanced back-end functionality allows the company to control access and monitor employee progress.

The core function of The Campus Group is to provide e-learning solutions for Corporates and Government by creating, designing and building customised, online Virtual Campuses. These campuses are utilised for providing access to Courses, Learning Material, Induction Programmes, Staff Training & Upskilling in addition to Automated Assessments and Testing.
| HOW IT WORKS |
All course content is delivered online. Associated assessments are also online and automated. Any changes made to the databases, user details, content or assessments, occurs in real-time. Assessment results are automatically captured to the integrated Learner Management System.
In our campus environments, each staff member, student, learner or user is individually registered and assigned specific course content. Thus their progress can be independently monitored, through the comprehensive Administration interface associated with each Virtual Campus. This allows for detailed monitoring of interest and use of the system by users, their progress and results.

Our technology has all been developed locally over the past ten years. We are a small enterprise (and currently exempt from the BEE requirements), but have proven that that we can cater to the needs of major Corporates. We are graduates of the Microsoft Empowerment Programme and were awarded Microsoft Accredited Partnership status in 2005 as Independent Software Vendors.
