The Trellis Company was established in 2002, we incorporated Bee Safe Manufacturers who manufactured Trellis doors for 8 years. The management and owners were extensively involved in the research, development, improvement and manufacturing of retractable security products. The existing team streamlined the different processes to the highest standards. Currently The Trellis Company is one of the leading and most trusted manufacturers of retractable and fixed security barriers in the South African market.
Products
The Trellis Company manufactures custom made products according to our client’s needs. No old or used stock or is used for future applications. All our security barriers are manufactured from from the ground up and only “A”-grade steel is used to ensure a strong and aesthetically attractive door. All our components used in our manufacturing process are sourced from credible and reputable suppliers.
Due to the high crime rate in South Africa, The Trellis Company made a decision not to manufacture lower grade security gates, as such we refrain from using plastic/nylon components on our security gates.
For coastal areas, special processes are used to prevent rust.
