Our sweet-maker has been considered worldwide as one of the best candy makers in the world. The history comes as far back as the old Dick’s Sweets that have been in business for the last 138 years.
We developed the product and the colours and perfected them over the past six years in such a way that these products has been marketed in large retail stores like Game, Pick ‘n Pay, Woolworths, Spar, OK Foods, 7 Eleven, 8 Till Late and now recently also Ackermans.
The products can be marketed into Macro, Trade Centre, Metro and various other wholesale and retail groups. Due to a formula of success and the enormous demand for the product called the Rainbow lollies, nicknamed by all children as the Madiba Lolly. We have opened our first satellite factory and this factory has very successfully been making these lollies and other lines.
The secret of success is now shared to a few selected individuals in secured individual areas whereby these licenses will be awarded the rights to manufacture the Rainbow Lolly, which in its current form consists of 32 different flavours of which 16 are of the top selling flavours. To manufacture these lollies, areas have been selected for manufacturing and that the distribution into the different wholesalers and retailers in those designated areas will be done via these factories. Other lines will be added on a regular basis. We have up to 43 different lines available.
