In 1955, a young woman travelled with her mother from Cagliari, Sardina, to South Africa; and with them, they brought along a family fish batter recipe. A simple batter with a ‘secret spice’ that gives our fish its unique fresh taste, we beleive there is no better tasting fish in the market today!
