Where required we will guide Trustees and/or Directors through all the pitfalls and inevitable complexities inherent in such medium density social environments.

Trustee’s/Directors will at all times be in control of their own finances and bank account authorising payments to creditors. Gow & Holmes Property Services (PTY) Ltd will at no stage receive or expend money on behalf of the residential community and will not operate a trust account but will open a bank account for each individual legal entity with its Trustee’s/Directors as signatories.
Added to the above are management teams consisting of a portfolio manager, accounts clerk, maintenance inspector and secretary. Each team will be allocated a specific number of complexes (dependent on size) and they will be responsible for upholding the company ethos of Exceptional Specialist Management and meeting the specific key performance indicators that will ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Managing Bodies will be kept up to date on the myriad legislative requirements needed to avoid costly mistakes and/or litigation.
