We understand that every development is unique and as a result we design a Service Level Agreement tailor made to suit the individual requirements of management bodies. Our uniqueness is centered around our determination to ensure asset value protection, excellent business practice, informed and confident Bodies Corporate, HOA Boards and Boards of Directors in the commercial ownership space through knowledge empowerment and constant updates and above all, good fiscal forward long term planning thus avoiding embarrassing levy fluctuations or special levy impositions.
Where required we will guide Trustees and/or Directors through all the pitfalls and inevitable complexities inherent in such medium density social environments.
Our knowledge and experience is invaluable to developers either in the day to day management or consultancy role in formulating successful rules and structures at the outset ensuring a well adjusted community in their development. An area commonly ignored resulting in unnecessary challenges especially in large developments where ongoing construction is extended over a period of years.

To this end online owner access is provided to the information pertinent to their unit and its correspondence. Including maintenance requests and work progress. Trustee’s/Directors will at all times be in control of their own finances and bank account authorising payments to creditors. Gow & Holmes Property Services (PTY) Ltd will at no stage receive or expend money on behalf of the residential community and will not operate a trust account but will open a bank account for each individual legal entity with its Trustee’s/Directors as signatories.
Added to the above are management teams consisting of a portfolio manager, accounts clerk, maintenance inspector and secretary. Each team will be allocated a specific number of complexes (dependent on size) and they will be responsible for upholding the company ethos of Exceptional Specialist Management and meeting the specific key performance indicators that will ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Managing Bodies will be kept up to date on the myriad legislative requirements needed to avoid costly mistakes and/or litigation.
