How do we care for THE ENVIRONMENT?
We have a very strong ethos to only buy what is best for our guests and the planet.
Therefore we:
- Source organic and natural ingredients wherever possible
- Use only grass-fed and free-range meat and dairy. It is also hormone and antibiotic free
- Use no preservatives, colourants or additives in our food
- Recycle our waste to minimise the impact on the environment
- Use only bio-degradeable takeaway containers and cups
- Use a filtered water system to eliminate plastic bottles
