Opened in Cape Town in December 2008 and Sandton in February 2011, Headquarters is loosely based on the famous Parisian restaurant, Le Relais de L’Entrecote, in its homage to meat. Headquarters offers a single, straightforward menu: salad, sirloin and chips.
The single-minded restaurant is a breath of fresh air when compared to the numerous restaurants that offer overextended menus. Headquarters’ focus on one dish aims to ensure excellence in every meal.

SALAD A delicious, classic composition of cos and iceberg lettuce, topped with toasted pine nuts and parmesan shavings, drizzled with a divine mustard vinaigrette dressing. This is the perfect combination to prepare your palate for the succulent sirloin and crispy frites which follow.
SIRLOIN Our free range sirloin, sourced from Namibia and Botswana, is perfectly grilled to your taste and lightly covered with our signature Café de Paris butter created from 18 ingredients.
Our vegetarian option consists of expertly grilled portobello mushrooms, stuffed with mushroom duxelle and topped with parmesan gratin and our signature Café de Paris butter.
Desserts include traditional French, a selection of South African favourites and a cheeseboard.
CHIPS The ultimate indulgence: double fried for that satisfying, delightful crispness and lightly salted to provide the ideal accompaniment to our succulent free range Sirloin and Café de Paris butter. A true treat for any French fry enthusiast.
BAR Our stylish, sophisticated bar is ready to inspire even the most discerning clientele. Work your way through our classic, contemporary cocktail menu and finish off the evening with one of our fine single malts or cognacs.
