About Us
Having studied at UCT and lived in cafes, bars and trendy restaurants in the Cape to moving to Edinburgh where I settled for 5 years getting involved in the start up of new cafe ventures for various clients. I have decided to get started on my own! Urban Angel Cafe the brainchild of Gilly McPherson allowed me to take this step knowing now more than ever how important organic and local produce is. So once we get through the final processes of building a new development (cross your fingers all will go to plan) I may by the end of this year have a brainchild of my own!
