Head Chef Lisa Moss studied at Zewenwacht Chef School and Capsicum Culinary. After her studies the worked the renowned Zorgvlied and Angelica restaurants in the Western Cape. Her two Sous Chefs in the kitchen are Anthea Smith and Agnes Ntsibandi.
