Play Braamfontein is a property development company dedicated to making a positive impact on the urban landscape of Johannesburg, and in particular, of Braamfontein. The goal has always been to develop a culturally relevant and open node within the greater context of the city, and is now home to an eclectic mix of galleries, studios, creative venues, commercial offices, restaurants and retail spaces.
Over the last ten years, Adam Levy, having studied and lived in the area, has been creating spaces in which individuals with the same vision and passion for the city can live, work and play. The portfolio has expanded to include 9 buildings in the Braamfontein area of Johannesburg, each with their own distinctive characteristics - from modern skyscrapers to Victorian hotels.
Play Braamfontein strives to maximise the potential of each space with the utmost attention to detail and design, and then to invite tenants to be part of this vibrant, developing community.
