We do property valuations and consultations throughout the Republic of South Africa. Our valuation experiences incorporate the full spectrum of immovable property, residential, recreational, agricultural, commercial and industrial.
Valuations in respect of the above have been prepared for balance sheet purposes, mortgage purposes, expropriation, purchases and sales, litigation and municipal purposes.
We have appeared as expert witness in the following: Supreme High Court, the Magistrate Court, City of Johannesburg, City of Cape Town, Ethekwini Municipality (Durban), Nelson Mandela Bay (Port Elizabeth) City of Tshwane (Pretoria) as well as various tribunals, arbitrations and valuations courts.
We have represented various financial institutions, mining houses, property funds and individuals on a number of property matters saving them millions on assessment rates.
