This is one of the first houses that was constructed after the original Marlbank Farm was subdivided. It is situated on the banks of the Vaal River, the division between Gauteng and Free State Province, South Africa. It is within one hour’s drive from Johannesburg and only 12km from Vanderbjilpark in the area locally known as Millionaire’s Bend. Other attractions in a 50km radius is the Vaal Mall, Emerald Casino and Riverside Hotel. Parys, Vredefort Dome and the Vaal Dam.

- Boat launching slipway (Please confirm availability of slipway prior to arrival);
