Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Centre has been happily serving shoppers in the east of Pretoria since its opening in 2004. The mall opened with a gross lettable area of 42 000m² and was extended in 2010 to 70 000m² gross lettable area. In 2011, Hyprop Investments Limited acquired the mall making Woodlands Boulevard one of Africa's premier listed shopping centre funds on the JSE.
Established as the "Fashion Capital" in Pretoria, Woodlands Boulevard offers over 150 fashionable stores with 25 international fashion brands. Designed for convenience, Woodlands Boulevard boasts the best in restaurants, lifestyle, fashion, furniture, jewellery, health & beauty as well as a 7 cinema NuMetro complex which includes two 3D theatres.
Extended shopping hours allow for more shopping time from 8am to 7pm on Saturdays and 9am to 7pm on Public Holidays.
We're also honoured to have received the Diamond Arrow award in 2012 from PMR.Africa, an organisation committed to professional management research, for being the overall leader for shopping centres in Pretoria for our contribution to the economic growth and development of the City of Tshwane.
