Debt Collection Agency
Recovery of Debt Maintaining your debtor's books (current and outstanding). Providing an acceptable payment arrangement with your debtors and making sure they maintain their payments as per your discretion.
Listing on the ITC (Only for Recovery of Outstanding Debt). Once Chaylah Financial Solutions receives an outstanding account, we will send out a letter to the debtor, stating that should he not settle the balance within 21 working days, the account holder would be listed on the ITC.
Tracing (Only for Recovery of Debt). We will be using the tracing facility known as XDS. All XDS that has been done in order to trace the debtor will be for the debtors account. Also, we will be using soft tracing tools such as yellow pages, white pages etc.
