Our Team Our staff is made up of bricklayers, tilers, waterproof experts,plasterers and painters. Additional labour is subcontracted. We continuously develop our employees through in house training programs.

Environmental Policies Obras Projects adheres to Health and Safety Regulations, all building waste is removed from sites and placed at designated municipal sites.
Guarantee Policy Our standard is to provide workmanship guarantee for a period of 12months and a structural guarantee for 5 year buildings as required by NHBRC Law.
