Sr. Ida Pretorius is the owner of the baby clinic based in Alberton, Gauteng. She is married to Marius, and has two boys.
She holds a Master's degree (Cum-Laude, UP) in Neonatal Nursing, she is an International Certified Infant Massage Instructor and is very passionate about babies (including premature babies) and their families. She is a breastfeeding consultant and teaches baby massage classes on a monthly basis. Ida is currently doing her PhD research at the University of Pretoria, on the topic of preterm infants and their mothers.
Ida is also the editor of WHYKids Newsletter, which is distributed to healthcare professionals working with mothers and infants.
