Oopsy Daisy was born out of a love of being surrounded by flowers and all things beautiful.
In 1999 i decided to take my love of flowers one step further and i did a few courses through Sandy Rogers at Multiflora.
And so Oopsy Daisy was born and i have been arranging flowers for weddings, functions, corporates and daily deliveries since.
Recently i have opened a shop in Linden and am now concentrating all my efforts on wedding flowers and corporate events.
There are two ways to start out, one would be to email me photo’s or ideas and i can quote from those, the other way is to set up a meeting and go through my photo’s of previous weddings or look through my many wedding flower magazines.
I also have a growing selection of items to hire otherwise i work with a few beautiful hire companies and will help you find anything from glassware, silverware and tableclothes to candles and speciality items.
I also offer a gifting service where i make up handmade one of a kind gifts from bead work and mosaic to pewter items.These can be used for gifts for your guests or even personalise your invitations, place settings etc.
From there i will fine tune the quote and once we are both happy with the design and cost i will send out a final quote to be signed.
A 50% deposit secures your date, we then arrange a date for a free mock up of a table arrangement either at my shop or at the venue.
We set up the table as it would look on the day with all the cutlery, crockery, glassware, table cloths, runners and of course flowers and decor.
This is really great as it confirms for me the design for the wedding and also the bride’s mind is put at rest as she sees the table complete and can concentrate on other wedding related matters.
My price includes delivery and set up on the day of the wedding, i will also collect hired items the following day if it was hired through me.
I do charge a small travel fee for venues further than 40km.
I pride myself on punctual responses to emails and queries and thrive on having my brides feel special and happy throughout the process.
